We do not sell personal data or use it for any other purpose. We send newsletters only to people who subscribed, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run this website and our email for us, such as our hosting and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect the data. We may also disclose data when Indian law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.
- Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Job applications: up to 1 year, unless you join us.
- Technical logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or name someone to act for you. Write to info@techneow.com or to our Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security and children
We protect data with HTTPS, access controls and backups. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
